Finally, check the breaker’s rating. This rating tells you the amount of power the breaker can handle before it trips. If the breaker is rated too low for the circuit it’s connected to, it may trip too often and could lead to an overload. If this is the case, you’ll need to replace the breaker with one of a higher rating.
