How To Do A 3 Exercise Circuit

You can also mix up the reps depending on the difficulty level of each exercise. For example, if you’re going to do burpees, you might want to do fewer reps than you would with a plank or bicep curl.

Once you’ve chosen your exercises and set up your circuit, it’s time to start working out. Do the first exercise for the designated number of reps, then immediately move on to the next exercise without rest. Once you’ve completed all three exercises, you’ve finished one round of your circuit. Depending on your fitness level, you can complete anywhere from 3-10 rounds of your circuit.

Finally, cool down and stretch after your workout. Take 5-10 minutes to do some light stretching to help your muscles relax and reduce soreness. This is especially important if you’re doing a 3 exercise circuit several times a week.
